I would also love to disable this, or at least set it to only bing once a day or something. Driving the other day I kept thinking I had low fuel or a warning had come up!

Changed it on mine this evening, and it didn't work. All it did was disable the inner part of the indicator.

That’s the version I had I think but they emailed me with an invitation to test the newer beta version and when I downloaded it it said 90 day trial

I believe the Carbon FIS is standard on the Cupra.

No you need hardware in the light itself to do that. It’s been done though, about £1,000.
