I think the Pro-street-s are great, ive recommended it to a few others on here who plan to get them. not too hard but not too soft. Of course its hieght adjustable too so you can set it a bit lower which makes it look alot nicer!

I had it RR'd at marlin engineering in MK on a SCN RR day, the result was 287hp. wheel power was 226 but the drag power was 54 whch seems very high.. Torque was 394nm.

Just never been a fan of james just don't think he does as good a job as the other mappers from my experience he just wacks the boost up and yeah it gets great figures but not very good for the engine.
I think revo do a map for the cupra and thats about 305bhp but i think it's also got about 300 lbs/ft so 260 odd is well low wouldn't you say?

well as i said before i dont trust this rolling road so I think my figures of 287hp and 291ft torque maybe nonsense.

So i take it you have cc on your car then?
Why don't you give APR free trial a go i reckon you would notice the difference straight away like i did less boost and more power.

If you read my previous post it lists Revo stage 2 mate :)

I cant afford to switch maps now though. Especially after getting stage 2 and the select switch. (which i like)

Oh REVO is ok just CC i have the problem with very slap dash.
:w4nk:
Don’t think garycupratdi got a clue, he cant even read posted comments correctly, Dan is running 06 Leon Sport TFSI not a cupra !

I have a cupra running 315.9 on a low boost setting with CC no matter what you personal opinion of James is he does a good job,
REVO, CC, JABBA, makes no odds which ever you feel happy with.

and garycupratdi please read post before posting ridiculous comments which have no point as wot so ever cos you just make your self look ill educated plus your adding nothing of any value to this thread.

Listen don't call me a ****** have been on this forum a lot longer than you and have had cc2 and apr phase 2 on a cupra that i had so i would like to think i do know what i am talking about and yes i did know that dan has a leon sport but what i was trying to get across is that other tuning companies are getting 300 lbs/ft out of the 2.0t engines so why is yours so low and i'd like to think that other companies (a lot bigger than cc) keep there maps to about 300bhp because they are not after BIG figures there after keeping the car as smooth as they can and not just big boost.
Just out of interest what boost do you think you are running as i'd like to know what james thinks is low boost maybe 1.5bar i reckon:doh: cos thats what mine was on when he mapped mine:whistle:

Mate I really don’t wanna start to :argue: over this so i will keep it polite and point you back to my pervious post " READ THE POSTS CARFULLY "
quote " and still had 256 foot pounds of torque @ 6761rpm"

NOTE : "still had" never said peak torque.

Now go away find the post about the revo map read it correctly then come back and tell me the difference in revo and CC at 6761rpm before you start saying its a bit low

Note : I don’t have any preference between revo or CC not saying CC is better than revo or revo is better than CC both very good maps

and sorry for pointing it out for the second time that you don’t have a cule
