CD changer cable in Ibiza Cupra T?

I read somewhere that there should be a cable for connecting a cd changer already installed in the boot of my 2001 Ibiza Cupra.
After a bit of searching I noticed a cross cut into the carpet on the left hand side and managed to pull a cable out of it.
Is this the cd changer lead and should it have a connecter on? If so some idiot has cut it off!

Sounds like it mate and it should have a connector on the end. This is what you need if there is no connector - (ebay)

TBH, I'm not sure if a connector could be put on but somebody else on here might know.

Thanks mate. Im pretty sure a connecter could be joined on to the wiring that is already there. I'll keep an eye on that. Cheers
