Changing brake pads.

Will this guide work the same with the standard brakes on my Toledo TDI 110 (2002 model) should be the same as the Leon?

Seems like a good guide, never done anything like this, is it an easy enough job to do?

I've just read the guide for changing the LCR's pads, and it makes no reference to brake fluid etc... Does anything need to be done to the braking system or is it simply a case of following the guide?
