changing turbo blue smoke

efr 6758 here i come
has anyone on here changed there own turbo an if so how easy was it an did you do it from the top or bottom of the car? ive had blue smoke for a while now an im sure its the turbo thats gone, im using quite a but of oil an car feels a bit slower then before. what needs changing when put new turbo on im guessing turbo to manifold gasket an turbo to downpipe gasket, do the nuts also beed replacing? i also no will need to replace oil an coolant but do i need to do anything else?

reasons i think its the turbo is when start up in the morning dont get no smoke until engine has warmed up an if was stem seals i would have thought would see smoke straight away when i started the car up as oil would have leaked into the cylinders while on engine switched off an i also have a bit of oil on the intercooler pipes. if i leave car on tickover for a few mins then rev the engine i get a big puff of blue smoke an smells funny, i did think about breather system but cant see how that would use so much oil. also car peaked at 22 before an now only 19-20. been quoted by crn turbo to fix mine an get hybrid treatment so hopefully going to do this.

dont think i get smoke on overrun neither its happening when been on tickover for a while or when rev engine hard,

i have some vidoes below
