Just fitted them as said, yeah! Brilliant coilovers, top class, again thanks goes to Binkylad, he's the real jammy git! Will get pics up soon!

They're screwed down fully at the back, and still 6 turns in the front. Think I'm gonna screw up the front to match the backs :)

How did you get the £404 price from Gwent VW?????????? Just clicked on the link and they're £487 on there site! Looking @ weitecs myself now after alot of searching around on here. :D

Awesome! :D £398.88 + £12.50 p&p from Venom! It pays to look around! 50 notes cheaper than virtually everywhere else! May have tempted me too much now! lol

Can you guys tell me how you adjust these coilovers I think they are a bit different to the normal ones. When I get a different insurer next month I will be able to lower mine more . I did not fit them and have no clue lol!

i dont know if its the same on seats but i know with peugeot you get an elephant to sit on the bonnet :p

:)you gonna go for them then? I highly recommend them

Hi Aimez,

Can you let me know how badly the ride quality suffers with Weitecs over SEAT's standard TDI sport set-up (which is a bit crashy already!)?

I'm thinking about taking the plunge for a set next month, but have never driven a car with coilovers. I used to have a Clio lowered 40mm on Koni dampers/springs and that wasn't too bad, but have heard that coilovers are much less comfortable.

I live in SW London and the roads are crap here so don't want to end up having to drive slower than I did on standard suspension.

Probably looking to lower the back 50mm and the front 40mm.

Cheers,

Phil
