chrome grille surround

as mine is an early mk4 it doesnt have the chrome surround on the grille, i went to get one from my local dealer (morrisons in stirling) and was told that i have to buy the set of three. im sure when i enquired before it was possible to buy the middle one seperate, any1 else bought one?

nope set of 3.

im thinking off taken mines off as i have that kit.

Seen as your from glasgow whats the seat place through there. Can see it from the motorway.

Losing the side vents for normal one's soon.

I was in the same boat... mines is a 2003 model and didn't have the chrome grill so I got the kit for about £23 at Arnold Clark Seat/VW in Paisley.

I fitted the middle bit and put the Box, Packaging and spare two grills on eBay and they sold for £21!

My eBay auction...

But im going to the scrappy's who have a mark 4 and not sure when am going for it but if it has the chrome one i'l take it off for ya mate.

Cool... mines doesn't have black wheels - just the OEM 16" Sport ones ATM.

Last April I got Seat Forfar to order me a new chromed middle-bit with the "S" on it, the nice chaps even put it in for free for me! Think the part was 20 squids.
