Cleaning a plastic car

A friend has just bought a westfield and needs to know what to clean it with? Should he just use normal car wash, ie megs gold class or similar? Is normal wax ok to use on the grp body?

Yepp, carry on with the normal stuff.

Here's an example:

This one was a bit of a toughie! Not only was the paint in a mare of a state but there are so many annoying little creases and hard to reach places.

The car is 20 something years old and been standing for pretty much 5 years.

The majority of the products used were Poorboys. The basic process was:

Clay
Poorboys SSR3 (needed a couple of passes)
Poorboys SSR2.5 and SSR1 mix (again a couple of passes)
Poorboys Polish (I forget what its called but did about 3 coats)
Poorboys EX-P Sealant
Poorboys Wax
