If i bought a climate control head unit would i be able to fit it where atm i only have the dials?? or would u have had to have climate control before?? wondering if all the correct cable are already in or whether or not it would need some work doin?? :S

Would need a lot of work doing.

Motors, sensors, etc are all different.

IIRC there used to be a kit to convert climatic to climatronic, stupidly expensive and a right pig to fit though from what i heard. Not sure if they did the RHD kit though.
