£180 just to change wishbone bushes? I might leave mine a while if they're not sh*gged.

Not something id change because i think the cars not as sharp as it used to be but mine were an MOT advisory from 3 months previous(cracked and worn so either way had to be done.
Nope allignment was free with the suspension kit fitting which only set me back £115 which was a bargain and hence why i didnt fit them myself as id be at it most of a day. The bushes are so expensive basically because its about 2-3 hours work and on a standard car you would just swap wishbones with new bushes but the LCR's arent cheap to replace like this and its some hard graft to get them out and then replace.

Hard graft getting out the bushes is an understatement
2 bushes can be pushed out easily but other 2 are unbelievable and will require burning then cutting out
8n0411305d is the 21mm version
1j0411305af is the 23mm version marked yellow
of the r32 arbs
n10101603 is the bolt
1jo411336d is the clip
1jo411314r is the mountin bush for 19mm
1jo411314t is the mounting bush for 21mm
21mm bush fits 23mm bar (this is the one to go for).
