Coilovers

Can anyone help me?

I have coilovers on my Leon... They were there when I bought the car, I want to know how to go about lowering them down a bit more and how to do it.

I have the C Spanner but just wanted to know; is it a case of just winding them down?

How much is each turn/notch etc or is it just a case of having a go and seeing?

Yes mate. Wind the rings that the springs sit on down to go lower and up to go higher. Simple as that
