SEAT LEON MK3 – COMMON ISSUES

Below are the issues I have seen on both the Web and this forum that pop up time and time again.

1/ Front LED Lights turning foggy

Work I have done on my own TDI Leon and which seem fairly common:

Front wheel bearings (faint whump whump noise at high speed)
Front wishbones (creaking bush and clonking ball joint)
Misting front & rear dampers.
Seized rear caliper


Additionally:
On the 1.4/1.5 seized/rattling turbo actuator rods seem common.
