Coolant issues

[M23clift]

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has advice I have a mk3 cupra 265 and seem to be loosing coolant underneath the expansion tank, both the thermostat and water pump were changed about a year ago and I've fitted a new expansion tank to see if that was the problem but it's still leaking around that area

any ideas?
