Took my Cupra into the Reading (Emmer Green) dealer at short notice on Saturday 23 July after my media system was playing up.

Typically when I took it in it was working fine so I assumed the dealer would just fob me off with the usual flannel but they agreed to look at it that morning, even though they were fully booked.

They ran diagnostics and found a fault with the head unit, ordered a new one and it was fitted today, 10 days after the fault was diagnosed.

I know Seat dealers get quite a lot of criticism on here and in the press but can't fault Emmer Green on this occasion.

Have you done anything to recognise the individual(s) involved - a tweet or quick email to the dealer principle could mean a lot to them as they obviously genuinely care about the service they provide.

I sent an email saying thanks.... They haven't tweeted in over a year so not exactly active on there.

Odd because my experience of them is poor.
For example: I had to show them how one-touch windows work on one of their demo cars before they would accept mine was faulty. They fitted a new switch which they must have got from a Skoda dealer as it lit up green instead of red!
