Fecking heck, that engine bay looks fantastic. My engine bay is about halfway finished now, and i know already that it won't be anywhere near as good as yours!

Love it. Looks much better without the LCR splitter. And also looks amazing with all 4 wheels the same ;) I also much prefer the standard grill to the debadged one, as it no longer makes it look like a saxo.

Maybe just me tho, but I recon the badge would look better in arctic gray/black as apposed to white. Too much in your face in white.

yeah does look alot better oem style, i like the white badge as i think it looks cool, did think about a gun metal grey but considering ive got white cupra sill covers i thought i would carry on the theme

crezz,

no pics yet mate, got a way to go yet! When this rain stops my plan is to drop out the oil and coolant so that i can replace a couple of pipes and get the block painted. it should start to look a bit better then. might get some pics later.

my rocker cover will be similar to your intake manifold, that's the only bit that won't be factory. Just hoping to make it very clean and tidy.

I think that's the thing with the 8v engine, the block and chassis rails are a lot more visible. A real bugger to clean because the more you do, the more you spot that needs doing!

Is yours going to E38?

Crezz the motor is looking to damn nice, lots of attention to detail.

Tell me quickly, is it possible for you to check on the samco hose box what the part no was for the kit?

As this is the Pic i got from samco head office, but just want to make sure if it is everything i need for my abf.
