So.. boost seems too high for a stage1?

Car also fitted with a full Milltek exhaust.
Could this be a reason?

Cant realy say about the boost as I've never seen any other logs of a p-torque leon mate.

Exhaust should'nt effect requested boost (I think).

INdeed.
But I specified the exhaust mod to Will and I was thinking.. maybe that's why he made a tougher map..

Update!

Talked to Will from P-Torque.
It seems he tried a slightly bigger peak-boost in order to maximize the advantage of Milltek downpipe and cat.

I'll do some new logs for him, including blocks 032 and 020, based on which he'll do some tweaking on the maps.

I'll keep you updated.

I'm still waiting a sign from him.
He told that he'll have a look at the maps and contact me to send the ECU.

Also.. sent him a movie, staring the boost gauge in the spotlight ;)
(I can post here too, just dont know the means).

Short update:
Will seems very busy with his shop (which is a good thing)!
So, after several tries, we agreed that, while in vacation, I'll take detour and have my maps adjusted on his dyno in Woumbourne.

So DPJ, Damoegan.. as I owe u those beers.. maybe it happens that we see around :)

Cheers!

Hi all!

During hollyday managed to reach Birmingham area!
So Will (P-Torque) solved boost fluctuation by adjusting the maps he proviously uploaded.

It is to be mentioned that the maps causing this small trouble were uploaded into ECU unit without the car being present. This makes custom-tuning a bit difficult (Milltek exhaust, etc).

In my case, requested boost was a bit too high and the N75 was doing it's job of limiting the pressure. So, my boost fluctuation was a reflection of the N75 duty cycle.

No more issues now!
