Hi,

Does anyone know the part number for the stalk ive searched and just cant find one

really want to do this and make a guide for everyone as a few have tryed

can you make a guide for it?? i thought you need to mess with the ECU to add the cruise control option?

Part number is 6K6 953 503 AL - 20H

Retail was £105 + Vat for the part. Its so expensive as it comes with the wash/wipe stalk and the steering bearing aswell as the indicator stalk. I make the looms straight onto the stalk. Looms are £30 inc vat.

If you want the pin configurations for the ecu then you have to ask nicely.

For reference for anyone else who may be reading, we charge £199 inc vat to supply and fit cruise control.

That's a pretty good price fitted. Why does it come with the wiper stalk aswell? Is it just not on the indicator stalk?

In terms of fitting is there anything special there is I would need to do? I could fit the stalks myself etc... Would you need to put the pin configurations in with vag com?

You cant buy stalks individually; they come as a pair.

Nothing too special. You need to extend the wiring loom from the stalk to the ecu, where you attach the wires to the ecu pins. After that you need to activate the cruise with Vag-Com.

my local seat are sayin 137.50 where do you get yours from alex?

think ive got the pins sorted but if you would be so kind so i could make sure on it dont want to lead people wrong or short my ecu!!
