Cruise control

Hi all

I'm thinking of getting cruise control fitted to my LCR because I do a lot of motorway driving. Do you think its a mod worth doing or a waste of money? Also can anyone who has had it fitted give me some feedback, for example do you really use it?

i wished i had it today, 50miles on the M11 at 7:30am totally empty.

use to have it on my previous car, im thinking of shelling out for it

Well worth having, the previous owner had it fitted on my cupra. I use it every day and I commute on bypass and A roads only!

yep, got it on my LCR; paid £200 to have it fitted - use it all the time, 30s, 40s, motorways, its brill helps stop me driving like a l00n too

Best thing is when you are going through motorway road works set it and no looking back.
Well worth the money

I only ever use cruise when im on a very quiet motorway, still quite tempting to retrofit. That said when I'm on a quiet motorway im going on a course and am in a BMW so not sure if i'd ever use it lol.

I use the cruise in my nToledo quite often. Before i had it i didn't think i'd ever really use it, but i guess it's more suited for automatics.
