done them both B and C pillars
B pillars are easy as there are 2 screws each side of the B pillar. remove these and pull the plastic off, refit new one and replace screws easy as for them.
as for rear Door handles, its a faff on but looks better imo.
there are some guides in the MK2 Leon FAQ section, they are in a different language but someone posted a link via babelfish to translate. basically you need to remove rear door card (but window regulator is connected so you need to disconnect that also)
have a look in the FAQ section called 'useful tutorials' or something like that

yeah B pillars are easy to fit. C pillars require some messing around which includes the door mechanism. car looks much better when done.
