ECS Tuning in america sell this tool

anyone know where i might be able to buy one over here, save all the mess and hassle of the oil changes

and was thinking about also changing to the NGK BKR7EIX plugs anyone done this? seen any improvement?

also thinking about the Mobil 1 0W/40 Fully synthetic oil but not sure which is best between that and Mobil 1 ESP 5W/30 any advice welcome
