Hi,

I am considering mapping my Cupra R 225, figures i see are approx 250-260BHP does anyone know what the 0-60 should be after re-map?

Cheers

0-60 isn't as relevant as, say 30-100 (or whatever). Lighting up the tyres from standstill on a stock Cupra is enough of a problem, let alone with a remap!

You need a few mods to accompany the remap to put the power down. I'd recommend strengthened engine mounts, very good tyres such as Toyo T1-R, Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, Goodyear Eagle F1 or perhaps a fast road tyre like the Toyo R1-R and stiffened suspension.

Don't get me wrong though, it'll still be quick without these mods but more so from a rolling start...as with any high powered FWD car.

+1 Mook. Cant see you noticing much difference 0-60 in a fwd car

fwd 0-60 tend to stop getting any faster no matter what power you have got after a while.
