It's tough, both have speed and handle well, although Honda had the edge there what with the independant rear suspension, but then Leon has all the torque that Civic's don't and feels faster off the mark.

Leon is more refined which is nice but I loved the rawness of the Honda and VTEC sounds amazing. Saying that, I am as much in love with the turbo whistle and dumping sounds of the Leon.

Im 31 and have had my leon for 5 years now (sounds a bit like an AA meeting).

My insurance has come down allot in that time!

It's not that bad, just need to shop around a bit. I wanted the car though so I am not sore about the premiums, as long as it's under £1000 FC, i'm happy
