I know that if you have the front bumper with all the grills, you won't see much change from £500 for a start, and thats before you get it painted!

i know its all down to budget but i had a 51 cupra and looked in to spending money to look like a LCR but at the end of the day it will never be so i bought a LCR instead
front bumper and all grills is about £460.
add spraying. antyhing from £100 to £300.
you will also need extentions / adjusters the the wheel arch liners as the profile of the bumper is different. no idea but id imagine thats anther £30 or so.
then... the fogs are different. new they are not cheap. £200???
oh and splitter around £21
rear bumper is then going to be another few 100s... something like £350 painted?
and i presume you aint for the skirts either? if like baove thats £200.
so id guestimate about.. bloody hell.. thats like £1,400...
and then you really need to do something about the alloys.

Thats true! The upgrade guna cost me around £1400 and £500 for alloys!
When time comes to sell it! i wont get my money back, if you think about it!
Well my insurance finshesh in around 3months time! i may jus get a cupra r instead!

i got the front and rear bumbers for £750, which included all grills, fogs etc. got the whole lot sprayed and fitted for £140. Also got some cupra r alloys for £700 including tyres. Problem was when i brought the cupra the cupra r was near the £16k mark!!!! So at the time is was cheaper for me to do it this way. But i might be selling my car soon anyway, so the kit will be coming off soon.

anyone know if the front cupra R bumpers have retaining bolts just behind the wheel arch liner like on the 'ordinary' cupra bumpers? ie just in front of drivers and passenger doors?
