looks posible as they normally use a bit more power fro the updated cars like the new cupra replacement the sport is supposed to be 185ps thats 5 more than old cupra so its a good chance it will be the new cupra engine

Don't forget the Audi S3 is getting a 260PS version,

me too, i'd heard the Cupra will be 240-250, but not confirmed. Rumours of 4wd seemed to have gone by the wayside, too much competition for the R32 with a lot less cost.
230 seems a bit lame, when the outgoing LCR was 225
there is also rumoured to be an RS3 coming out, with the same 4.2 V8 powertrain as the RS4

RS3 with 4.2V8 i cannot see how myself, Different engine layout for a start.
Maybe an even more powerfull ~300bhp 2.0T but i have a feeling more than likley a VR6 turbo like the cars VW showed at SEMA were equipped with if it ever happens, It could of cause just be Audi playing the media game like Ford does about the Focus Cosworth. lol.
