Hey

Just booked myself in at David Cooks down near Oldham, Spoke to Gary, propa spot on guy. Some dude bumped into my rear wheel and scuffed the wheel arch, Booked in to David Cooks and their sorting me out with an Aero Spoiler and Skirts, aswell as sorting the scratch out for free.

Iv got a inferi black cupra - So il reserve this spot for pics after the spoiler and skirts have been fitted :)

Be careful if painting the wheels as they may flake if not done properly.

Like you, I dislike Aero bumpers, but imagine this with Cupra bumpers on...

...it would be even tastier if it was slightly lower :)

What you are doing is exactly what I did to mine...

DJ,

Why did you go from the pro kit to sportline, was it not low enough with the pro kit, uneven lowering?

Are you using any different shocks as well?

I just wanted it a bit lower to be honest. I was all set to buy coilovers, but as I use the car for work, I was not keen to be driving about in something that was going to be too hard. That plus I have no plans to put the car on a track and race it.

The Pro Kit lowered the car slightly from stock, but it was a very subtle drop. The Sportline made it that bit lower.

Come time, I will probably change the shockers as well, but for the moment, I am quite please with the way it drives/handles :)

I actually have pictures of the car as standard and when it had the pro kit springs too. Can post them up if you want along with current pics of the car now the springs have settled :)

Yeah that would be decent of you. I'm going for some Eibach springs before the imminent price increase and am not sure to go for pro or sport kit.

I know JKM do them, but other places like Awesome will probably do them too mate :)

The thing I would like to add to mine is the splitter from that mystery body kit here;

When I saw my car next to another hot hatch last night, I decided mine looks a little plain........

Just where to find it, and then to figure out how to get it for a reasonable price :)

like those wheels ;)

Its the same end space I always use, so take advantage of the dead area to save doors getting dinged :)
