Dash Panel Removal Guide

Ws just wondering if anyone had a good guide on how the take the dash panel closest to the windscreen out of a Mk 4 Ibiza as i have got something i need to retrive from it.

Its the grey panel that sits behind the heater blowers for the windscreen so im guessing if i remove them i should find the dash panel should just unclip with abit of force?

Any help would be ace
