Recently I started getting rattle from my instrument cluster/perspex, after jamming a small wedge of rubber on the left and right hand sides i found it removed or at very least minimized most of the rattle so I went one step further and purchased black rubber shower seal and wedged that in which has pretty much entirely stopped the rattle.

Thought id share it with you guys as the noise was doing my head in, simply cut and wedge in at the bottom between the perspex and plastic ledge, barely noticeable and takes 5 minutes to fit.
