Don't use a gromit, do it the correct way! Looks like a base model otherwise

dinky dave, you know when you had your boot lid filled and resprayed (looks great by the way) how did you get the black bit around the number plate? did you spray it black or is it a sticker of some kind? asked at seat uk and they say they dont do the part anymore. it came in a kit with 5 pieces, the boot lid and 2 pieces each for the b posts. wondering if i can get some made up in carbon fibre effect vinyl. what you reckon?

Mine's carbon fibre

You can get them in either black or carbon fibre look (which came on most GTi/Cupra's)
