dead battery ~ remote locking

simple question really, my battery needs a good charge up but its to far from my flat to charge the battery whilst in the car, id happely whip the battery out to charge it but concerned il lose my remote central locking ect,

is there a time period you have before it will need re programming?

Reprogramming? You mean the guide in the FAQs?
Took 2 mins lol, I got a RC off kezz, and programmed it in like 30secs lol

yeah i know the programming sequence, i wanted to know if there is a time lapse tho, hence the question

I don't think there is, I had my battery off my car for 3 days, and when I reattached it, it was working fine mate

And if it did, just reprogram it

i was curioius as the last time my battery was disconected, once put on the alarm went off and couldnt programme the key fob... neighbours loved it! lol

To turn alarm off, put key in door, turn to open and hold there until disarmed mate
