Diferent Washer Tank?

Am i right in sayin that a smaller on can be fitted? I'm sure the AM fmic comes with a smaller one.

Is this from the golf platform and is there any way of fabricating a alloy tank?

What connections does this have?

why would you want to fit a smaller tank phil as you already have a forge FMIC? is it just to tidy up the engine bay or fit a aluminium one?

Yeah they thing is HUGE! It kinda dominates the engine bay coz of the size and colour. Wanna get rid. Would like a golf one so i can get a chrome cover for it but i dont know if it'll fit.

Shame no-one does a ally/chrome one in that size as I like having a huge tank so I dont have to fill t up all the time! woluld look great! do forge do a mk4 golf one? maybe borrow one from them with a deposit and fab brackets to fit it, i would of thought the pump/piping etc will be similar

duno mate, its alot smaller though
you will also need some more tubing and a small push in connector so you can extend the tubing. oh and put small cable ties on the connections cos they are a bugger to put back on when they pop off

Not yet, i'll sort it out this weekend. It doesnt fit well tho, made the ferker fit.

It goes between the manifold and the front of the car, basically around the dipstick.

Its the "older" a3 you need, ie, about the same ages as the ibiza
