I don't think it's in the Brake 1 unit now but I may be wrong. Mine is this:

It could be in the Central Electrical (9). I had a go in 2017 working out what these were, post 14:
https://forums.seatcupra.net/index....f-activity-working-ones-for-the-ateca.438134/
Theory being that the control information is sent to the rear lights and it's told what to do with them but I could be wrong.
In this group (my informed name against list - which could be wrong):
>>
Leuchte 20BR LA71 - Left outer tail
Leuchte 21BR RC8 - Right out tail
Leuchte 22BR MA57 - 3rd Brake Light (centre)
Leuchte 23SL HLC10 - Left Inner Tail
Leuchte 24SL HRA65 - Tail light
Leuchte 25KZL HA59 - License plate light
Leuchte 26NSL LA72 - Rear fog
Leuchte 27NSL RC6 - Rear fog
Leuchte 28RFL LC11 - Reversing Light
Leuchte 29RFL RA64 - Reversing Light
Leuchte 2SL VLB10 - Daytime running lights left (headlights)

Could be somewhere else in the Central Electrics. Needs a month of Sundays. Always troubling when I find my own posts in Googles like I'm the only one at it. Working out the other Adaptations in Central Electronics may reveal it or a suitable Google in German

Could be they just don't want you to do it.
