hmmm dont mean to ask a stupid question here  but.....
what is it when people on here say dog bone mount?? what is one of these?

i have an upgraded dogbone mount already, but will be replacing it soon with this little baby...its a street density one...

helps you to get more traction on the road...very very good mod...

cheers for the images mate. never seen it on my car i dont think lol. roughly how much is this mod? and is it an easy change or would u reccomend getting it done???

My turn to sound daft now :p

Would that mount really make that much of a difference over the Powerflex bush upgrade on the stock mount?

I mean, I have the Forge bushes in the stock mount at the moment... the one in the pic looks like a stock mount too

What's different about it, apart from the bushes? If it was a significant improvement over the Powerflex upgrade, I may be interesetd... just want to justify the extra cost :)

well i know junior senior has this mount and he reckons it is a worthwhile mod...he noted just from idle and slow pull off there was no transmission vibrations...as you can see from the advertisment it does look tempting. slightly more expensive than the powerflex one i have. i think it all boils down to the powerflex one has a certain life span whereas this one is much better quality..

i am going for all 3 tho, because eventually i will be going cc stage 2 and i want the best mounts for the engine, and the best dogbone...

sorry if that hasnt answered your question, but i will be getting these shortly and i will defo do a little write up with the results..:)

The picture is of a standard mount as fitted to all Leons.

(It's got uprated bushes fitted ;) - the black bit at the left-hand end )
