thats how long i gave mine, and afterwards they were fab, otherwise you will warp the discs.

they work really well im plesased with ebc red stuff a lot better than green stuff

they would be... green are not for heavy/powerful cars

the ebc discs can take a lot of stick for £300 im well pleased with the setup
