Save your money and get milltek.


And buy a new maf/lmabda coz thats whats probably causing your lean problem, not your exhaust.

Well I seem to be changing the lamba all the time .. Is it possible to fit incorrectly so that it doesn't calculate the fumes correctly? E.g not tight enough or to tight?

The last time I changed the MAF it gave me an extra 1bhp!
 
My exhuast is causing major issues and its winding me up!

Keep getting Bank 1 Fault. (Running Lean) Keep getting low boost 5-7psi aswell and the exhuast sounds loud!

The Exhaust after going to SEATtoday seems to be different size at the joins so they have put sleaves in?!

First join seems to go from 55mm - 60mm and the second join 57-63mm they want to cut the system apart re-weld and put on industrial exhaust clamps so it never blows or comes loose

I'm taken it friday to be done but should i have such problems?

I went on a trip yesterday to Milltek and had a catback system fitted to the existing downpipe & race cat.

The problem was:-

I purchased the 2.5" downpipe & race cat I already had a supersprint backbox I thought this was also 2.5" but it was only a 2" which is why i've had so many problems!

I can't believe no exhuast fitter noticed this !
 
You had the non race system then that wasnt stainless?

I believe so its in my boot now but as I didn't purchase the backbox I wasn't sure!!

I just wish someone pointed this out to me when they was fitting it! But I suppose they are not going to turn down business!
