Electric window cable snapped

Hello,

Last night my window fell down and it's due to a very badly threaded cable. So all i need is some of the cable with the little metal stop ends on them - i don't need a the regulator which i get get for £75 delivered.

So is there any way i can get this cable on it's own?

NO, sorry

Buy a regulator and then keep your old one for the little white plastic clips for when the other side goes.

That sounds about what my bro paid for one, I fitted it for him.

Strange that it's the cable that has failed on yours as it's normally the white plastic clips that go. I have read that you can get the clips but it's quite a lot more work to strip it and replace the clips, to be honest it's worth the extra money for the regulator assembly. That way you get clips for next time once you know how it comes apart.
