Right guy's and girls I need help from your collective minds!

I get engine judder on idle and also on and off power.

The judder sorts it's self out after a while so the ECU is adapting to somthing not working right.

There are no fault codes at all

I have done the following

Changed coil packs
Cleaned throttle body
Changed spark plugs
Changed MAF sensor

I unplugged the MAF and went for a drive and the car was perfect got a new MAF from the Dealer and the car was fine for 3 days then it started again.

Could it be my 100 cell sports CAT making the Lambda sensor piss about then after a while the ECU adapts or it's just my sports cat warming up that sorts it out.

What else can I check?

What about your fuel filter? Has it been changed recently?
How's your PCV hoses?
If no faults are coming up it's a bit strange.
Does it feel like a fault inside the engine or could it be outside like the mounts?

I get exactly the same as you and have engine hesitations that started on light throttle at about 2500rpm and now happen more often and again like yourself no fault codes. I would like to get some sort of an answer too to try and take to hit of my pocket as replacing parts that arn't really needed hurts. I have also done a complete service oil filter fuel filter etc. PCV Hose? What does this do?

Yeah fuel filter has been changed recently with the service.

It's strange but it sorts it's self out after a while.

Can it be the lambda sensor not too keen on the sports cat until it's warm hence the problem goes away after a while?

The problem is happening but not alot lately.

I've notice though the car is drinking alot of coolant recently could this be linked to the juddering at low speeds and on idle?

hi if your losing water and have a judder ,could be head gasket leaking into a cylinder
sounds like you need coolant system pressure testing

the coolant runs through holes inside your engine block if a gasket lets go it can go anywhere. check asap as running the car will damage it more.

if your maf has failed again check its not suffering from vibration.

sports cats shouldnt create any problems.

Cars sorted now after over months testing!

Turns out the car did not like the 100 Cell sports CAT.

There was a conflict between the cat sensor and MAF sensor.

Gone to a 200 cell sports cat and she drives perfectly again :)
