engine light

hi. as thick as i am, i put 1 of them hks ssqv on yesterday but dint think much ov it. so now put my 007 back on, and now the engine managment light is on. is this because of the hks? if so will it go back off?? cheers ash

you need to have the light turned off with vag com mate! and put the 007 back on!!!

yes the hks dump valve would have caused a boost leak. these cars dont like atmospheric dumpvalves, the air needs to circulate around the system. your fault code will be 17705. vagcom or a fault code reader will get rid of the light. in the mean time the car will be ok to drive

get this, its a fantasic bit of kit u can keep in the car and yes it will get rid of the light, best thing i have ever bought.
