engine warning light

hi guys had almost a year free trouble driving with my leon cupra r on a 04 plate but yesterday i was driving on the motorway when i lost power and the engine warning light came on (static orange )i pulled onto the hard shoulder and phoned rac . it turned out to be number three coil pack the rac fitted new coil pack (not vag ) and everything seemed to be fine engine warning light was out car was running fine but his diagnostics computer was still showing a fault which read cylinder c secondary circuit malfunction pending. we got home with no trouble but this morning i started the car and engine warning light was back on but with no difference to performance etc

im wondering if anyone might know what the fault could be and do you think the car is ok to drive until i find out the problem as the car drives fine ?
