Afternoon ladies and gents, bit of advice needed. Can anyone clarify if I should or should not be seeing what the arrows pointing to in the pictures?!
Iv been messing in the engine bay today, turned it over, was about to close the bonnet, and then something spinning caught my eye. On closer inspection, I think its the flywheel, and im pretty sure your not supposed to be able to see it working away??
is there supposed to be a cap here?

sorry for the poor photo, access was a little tight!
the location is between the gearbox and the engine for anyone wanting to know what position the photo is taken from.

Inspection hole/hole for timing...wouldn't worry about it!

if its the green one for a five speed then 020 301 129 D sealing plug (m36x1,5 Green) and also needed 020 301 132 cap cover as from pic in Jfox's thread
