eSIM issues

Hello

Since last several days, maybe even a week, my car's internet is not working. I have active Cupra Connect subscription, but there is no connection available in the car. It always shows one bar for connection, and world icon is grey.

Anyone experiencing this too?

I had same error on my Cupra Born...

I had to disable online in the user preference. And then leave car, then next time I got into car it connected to internet and asked me to active online preference .

I have this issue also at my home.
Is there a chance to connect the car to my Wi-Fi or select another mobile operator?

You can connect to your own wifi but you cannot select another operator for the built-in eSIM.
