i think as your 18 100bhp is more than enough... u dont really need any more power than that im 21 with a 1.4 16v and i have nearly got my self into problems.... but luckily i have good brakes!! im sure u will enjoy it as i am with mine... :)

I was 18 when I bought my FR TDi and had it remapped to approx 175bhp?

I'd been driving around 9 months at the time. I dont think age has anything to do with what car you should/shouldnt drive.

I found as I had the "power" I didnt have anything to prove to the traffic light grand prix'ers'

Its had a few near misses, some due to me, so not! But its still in one piece, well and the bits in the garage that ive swopped :D

Nice choice of car mate.. I had one in grey very nice cars specially when you think of power and insurance groups ;)

Hope you enjoy the car :D

This is my third car, been driving 18 months (passed a week after I was 17) and haven't (fingers crossed) had any collisions or near misses that were my fault yet! A few people have tried to kill my car but not me! :).

Looking forward to getting it - just want to sell my Pug beforehand so that I can get the most from it!!

well i have got a k&n air filter that makes alot of difference and with the added exhaust mine revs quite easy now.... i think some day i might do a 0 to "62" sprint init to see the kind of times im getting lol on a dry day... i hope your oki to smee just be carefull!! that includes u "justlivyalife" that will be quite a lot of power that u wont be used to... and power when u want it and sometimes when u dont lol
