Yeah that's about right, only I'd need the insides of all the doors etc doing as well since I don't want to be able to see a single spot of that kiwi green

Oh plus I want the door handle holes, boot lock hole, side wing repeaters, all smoothed out. I want the channel along the roof smoothing as well but that's a reasonable amount of metal work

the roof channels would need either welding or lead loading for a prppper job, filler would crack under stress

Yeah needs to be done with metal. And the plastic would need to be replaced over the top of the door with metal to fill the gap between door and roof. I might try making a cardboard template and see how it looks.
