hi there i have bought from a scrappy a LCR fuel pump for my golf turbo as i have changed my turbo for a GTRS eliminator i need a higher rated pump. now as the LCR isnt quattro there it dont have an orkward shape thus dont need two pumps.

the one i ordered only has one lift nipple on the pump which is great as it is a streight swap, and what is even better is they sent it to me still in the cylender and also the flote is attached so its a quick swap.

can any one confirm that when the removed theirs from the LCR or even if you have seen one that it is single lift.

i dont fancy putting the same reated pump in to my tank.

the breakers did assure me that it came from a cupra r, but i would like to be 100% that it is single lift!
cheers
mike

It is highly unlikely anyone on here has replaced their fuel pump but i may be wrong.:shrug:

The standard pump is used in the IHI upgrade so there would be no need for any of us LCR owners to replace it!

Your best bet is to phone jabbasport/JBS and find out:)

well the number 8L0 919 051 B didnt come up with any thing on seats database. i tried a fair few places, this PN is on the top of the plastic casing and it is 100% correct. very strange.

or from a Lambo;

KLIK

seriously:

Its a replacement nr for an original 18T, APP,AUQ etc, not specified for LCR , pump, its a siemens version.

But LCR has a 3bar Fpr, why not a Golf MK3 VR6 one its 4 bar
