Fault Code 17526, Lambda Sesnor?

hello people,

i borrowed my mates fault code scanner and a few codes came up, i cleared them and took the car for a spirited drive to see if anymore popped back up. the only one that did was 17526, ive checked on here and it seems to be an O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 2.

am i right in thinking this is a lambda sensor?

which one will it be? and how much do you reckon it will cost for a replacement?

any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi,

Lambda sensor correct! B1 S2 is the post Cat sensor, I just ordered a BOSCH one on ebay for £65, not sure what your part number would be though expect to pay about the same.

Cheers for that mate, does anybody know the part number for the lambda sensor as its for a 1.6 sport and not a cupra??

yeah its the lambda, that code has just popped up on mine too.

Has no loss or power or other syptoms so will be getting left for now.
