Fitting a headunit

Any in scotland fitted a headunit in theyre dash? And any1 up for doing 1 in my ibiza for a small sum? Cheers

im in carlisle mate not far! depending on wher in scotland! i have motorised screen mounted in the vents in middle of dash!

If your only replacing OEM with an after market unit just pull out the existing one, connect the new one and enjoy.
You may have to buy alternative connectors but if you bought from a good dealer they will advise.

dont work like that in mk3's mate! ther standard headunit is built into the climate control etc! so u need that to work to! and u cnt take it out so u hav to find alternative place to put one thats y mine is fitted into the dash

Yup it sure....

You dont have to have a alternative place to put it, you can modify the centre console to to allow for a normal headunit it to fit... There is a guide in the guide section i do belive.

I have mine mounted under the steering wheel in the space by the fuses, out the way and works off a remote control, maintains the standard look when you look throught the window so keeps the little sh1ts away!

Awrite you got any pic's of your's? You do it all yourself? im based in perth not too worried about travelling to get it done.
