thanks for reply Funkyfin2000.
sorry you are right it is 433.92mhz Not 433.97 as i said
It's a Ibiza Sport 1.6, i dident think that you could get a siemens flip key!!!
do you know what key will work ? part No etc

yeah

u need a VW sharon key or a SEAT alhambra key...

seatch 433.92mhz or 7M3 on ebay (make sure u search descriptions and titles)

You can ONLY use a 433.92mhz SIEMENS key...

no others will work (like all the common ones on ebay)

Hi Funkyfin2000,

thanks for the info it can get a bit confusing when you read all the posts

regarding these flip keys as no one seems to say what there original key is &

which key they can replace it with.

may be some one could list

Car /make/ model/original key part No/ replacement flip key part No

so that any one as confused as i have been can instantly see which flip key

they need for there pacific car, what do you & every one else think ?

If you have a spare one you dont need & it is suitable for my car

(i take it your origanal key is the same as mine ?) could you let me know price

yeah i keep meaning to write a guide tbh...

i will do it soon!!!!

In regards to a mk3 ibiza key you have to be very careful...

it has to be the 433.92mhz and a siemens key..

for flip key, u can use a VW sharon and a SEAT Alhambra.... starting 7M3 as the part number.....

The key you just buy a HAA blade for a flip key off ebay, doesn't make a difference what you buy!

Hi Funkyfin2000 i take it that you dont have a spare for sale then ?

just got to keep my eyes open on ebay in the future, what sort of price to they fetch ?

well i mine at £30 - £40 as they are rare......and don't come up often and are quite sort after...

PM me and i do have one for sale (its a VW sharon one) for the right price....

Just got one off ebay fo my Mk3 ibiza Sport , as new VW sharon 7M3 959 753 part number.....

433.92 mhz.....with a new blank blade for £35.... not to bad as they are rare &

the bonus being 'as new'.

Just got to decide weather to get a new transponder or rob the one from the

Non remote key i have Mmmmm decisions decisions.

Great post guys!

My Toledo only came with one remote. If I cant reprogramme a replacement flip because the transponder is used, what options do I have apart from getting a new remote via Seat
