It's not cause of the 90degree bend youve got going into the DV causing a restriction to the charged air escaping through the DV, leaving some pressure going back through the turbo is it?
Mo what does boost gadge read on idle? Mine did this exactly the same when I left vac pipe off the top of DV sounds nice lol check for vac leaks mate could be the cause
I think it's because it's getting more cold air it was fluttering and was ok , seach on you tube seat leon cupra r hks split r see if it sounds like mine , not sure how to link it from the iPhone

Right, ive just seen this thread, on my LCR, 007p in standard place sounded normal, no flutter, i did the DV relocation and sometimes when i build up boost from low revs and let off, i get a slight flutter
sounded to me like your dumpvalve was finding it hard to hold presure, dumpvalve may need a service. or the vacuum pipe on top of the dumpvalve is to long. 3mm vacuum hose might have been better.
