Fog Light Replacement

I have a fog light out on my Leon 03
Just a quick look and a hand in through the front bumber
I can touch it, but how do I get it out

Is there a squeeze and pull, twist and pull or am i faced with remover the panel

ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Remove the grille around the fog light. This reveals the torx screws holding it in place. Undo these and remove the entire unit to replace the bulb. 5 minute job.
