Like I've said many times before, creation appear to have no quality control whatsoever.

Anyone buying the brake caliper adapters they sell must be mental
Not even for $10,000,000. You don't need to be a CSI to work out what will happen with that mod.:stars:

Don't you mean Badger wagon:rofl:.
CM ripped of Bills K04 large bore TIP design. I know this since i followed the evolution of these TIPs since i made, run and proved the gains of the very first largebore k04 tip. CM have been in my gun sights ever since. Since the poster didn't list the turbo it was fitted to at first, using my eyes i wrongly assumed it was a K04-02 largebore tip.
You can sugar coat it all you want, their silicon is the rats arse of silicon. If your happy to have TIP that can potentially destroy your engine and most probably made by a lady boy with a set of nads bigger than your own then crack on my friend. (maybe thats the attraction;))
Personally i would use a Forge or similar, BTW i'm sure Bill at Badger 5 would sell you one as he has a good relationship with Forge and being based in Gloucester just down the road from Forge may help also.

Well thanks for your constructive answer let me bring my intelligence down a level to answer you.

You have never purchased any of the aforementioned products or tested them

You have a personal issue with the company because of your allegiance to badger 5

You are not even talking about the same product this is not the 80mm tip debate

You have no idea or have a clue about the materials process or silicone yet you claim the silicone is crap

And we are supposed to take your biased comments seriously? if you are going comment at least state facts and stop jumping on the badger wagon it's boring what is bill going to do sue SFS Creations and the rest for have a 80 mm tip I suppose its ok now bill has ripped off SFS's 80mm pipe?

You sir need some education and need to get your facts right. Show me one post where a tip from any company has destroyed an engine what a load of dramatic nonsense..

BTW the only brake adapters I have seen snap are the neuspeed ones as they were made out of ally not steel and just for your info i have been running the CM ones for 3 years with 3 trips to the ring what have I been lucky with my brakes?

If people like ***** and co are running these in their customers cars without issues then what are these tuners stupid?

What are you a paid forum vendetta machine?

I have a cm tip and so far no problems. Money wasn't the issue I just didn't want to wait 21days for the Sfs or 28 for the badger at the time.

I had to trim and play with mine abit to take a kink out of it but after that it sits well and I don't really have much else to say it does the job although I may change in the future as I'm having the heatsheild and jetex off bill and will get this pipe as well

I cant believe this has blown up so much...Like Seal I've had mine for nearly 2 years now and never had a problem.

When I got mine there was and still is a limited option for those of us who are running K03s's. :(

Has hasn't it! I will change mine like I said but I have no problem running it until my car has the things done i want and with cm giving that customer service you can't really fault them for what is a get what you pay for product

My reply was tounge and cheek , i have no vested interest. I have however seen other threads where aftermarket parts they have made do not fit properly. The original picture of the tip in question is poorly made and is in such a state that it could collaspe and cause engine damage. No need to take every thing so seriously mate, lighten up.;)

So does that mean Sfs are poorly made as there's a thread or maybe even two where there tdi pancake pipe blows off on every given chance!

Because one or two have and there's surely a lot more than that out there? Like two pictures of these failed TIPS so far

I'm not too fussed in all honesty. Mines ok and I'm replacing this year for Sfs or v2.2

Get the V2.2 don't scrimp on such an important part of your set up! If the photo in the op doesn't put people off CM products nothing will:confused:

I had some CM N75 & DV hoses on my LCR - the DV hose had a big split on it after a few months use...

Now I could have complained and got a replacement - but how long would that last?

So just fitted some OEM hoses which do the job nicely - not sure why I took them off in the first place!

Bottom line is you get what you pay for - so cheaper products (like CM sell) will probably do the trick but some people will suffer as it is cheaper for a reason!

Poorer quality than B5/SFS/Forge etc - simple as that
