Yours is an early model like mine.
Software is currently at the max available. No further updates confirmed by dealer yesterday.

According to my dealer, they're awaiting the release of a mega software upgrade that is apparently going to fix everything.
I will wait for others to test the update. So, probably will never have update during my ownership.
Think that patches into the Leon 4 thread where it's flagged up Skoda is getting a train update for mib3... trumpet blowing by MQB coding etc... but if it's free from Seat get it.... whenever that might be.

Two week update!
Terrible!
The infotainment is useless every day I get the pop through speakers the the sos warning.
Recently front assist warning and no rear sensors/camera.
Tonight driving to work had no infotainment whatsoever no heater controls/seats no audio/radio no sat nav just a screen saying connecting with a spinning circle then parked and again no camera etc.
Tried a reset made no difference I have called dealer and cannot get it in for another 3 weeks.
fair to say I did read these had issues but wasn’t expecting this much to go wrong on a 22 model and In such a short time.
Even considering backing the car to the dealer it pissed me off that bad!

Maybe call assistance and they will be able to get you appointment earlier. After all, you can't control the car.

Maybe getting SEAT assistance to recover it to your dealership and dump it in front of the workshop door will concentrate their thought process.
There has to be more to this than modules/software. My VZ Edition was diabolical regarding the infotainment but my new V2 has been spot on (touch wood), and looks exactly the same as your information.
Anyone have an iPhone and use Spotify having problems? If so try using Apple Music instead and see if they stops any issues.
